Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 30 ml water at 75 C
  • 180 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple
  • pinch of sea salt
  • ice

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 30ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 15 seconds.
  3. Stir 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and a small pinch of sea salt into 180ml of cold coconut milk.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the coconut milk.
  5. Top with the matcha and stir gently.

Whisk about 15 seconds.

Use carton coconut milk rather than canned for a lighter mouthfeel.
