Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 60 ml water at 75 C
  • 180 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen (about 10g)

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 60ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 20 seconds.
  3. Warm 180ml of oat milk to about 60 degrees Celsius.
  4. Whisk 1 scoop of collagen peptides into the warm oat milk until fully dissolved.
  5. Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey, then combine with the matcha in a mug.

Whisk about 20 seconds.

Add collagen to warm liquid rather than boiling. High heat can clump the powder.
