Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 60 ml water at 75 C
  • 180 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 60ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 20 seconds.
  3. Warm 180ml of carton coconut milk to about 60 degrees Celsius.
  4. Stir 1 teaspoon of maple syrup into the warm coconut milk.
  5. Pour the matcha into a mug and top with the coconut milk.

Whisk about 20 seconds.

Carton coconut milk steams better than canned. Canned coconut milk is too thick for a latte.
