Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 30 ml water at 75 C
  • 180 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple
  • ice

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 30ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 15 seconds.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  4. Stir 1 teaspoon of maple syrup into 180ml of cold coconut milk.
  5. Pour the coconut milk over the ice and top with the matcha.

Whisk about 15 seconds.

A pinch of sea salt deepens the coconut flavor without making the drink salty.
