Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 30 ml water at 75 C
  • 180 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp maple
  • ice

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 30ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 15 seconds.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  4. Pour 180ml of cold oat milk over the ice.
  5. Stir in 1 teaspoon of maple syrup if desired.
  6. Pour the matcha over the milk to create a layered look.

Whisk about 15 seconds.

Stir before drinking to mix the layers evenly.
