  • 2 g matcha
  • 60 ml water at 75 C
  • 1 tsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla bean gelato

Steps

  1. Place 1 scoop of vanilla bean gelato in a chilled glass.
  2. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of vanilla syrup over the gelato.
  3. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  4. Add 60ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 20 seconds.
  5. Pour the hot matcha directly over the gelato and serve immediately.

Whisk about 20 seconds.

Vanilla bean gelato shows tiny black flecks and gives a deeper flavor than vanilla ice cream.
