Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 30 ml water at 75 C
  • 120 ml whole milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 30ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 15 seconds.
  3. Add 120ml of cold whole milk and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to a blender.
  4. Pour in the matcha and blend on high for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.

Whisk about 15 seconds.

If the shake is too thick, blend in another splash of milk. If too thin, add more ice cream.
