Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 30 ml water at 75 C
  • 180 ml whole milk
  • 1 tbsp mint syrup
  • 10g dark chocolate shavings
  • ice

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 30ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 15 seconds.
  3. Stir 1 tablespoon of mint syrup into 180ml of cold whole milk.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the mint milk.
  5. Top with the matcha and stir gently.
  6. Finish with 10g of shaved dark chocolate on top.

Whisk about 15 seconds.

70 percent dark chocolate balances the sweetness without making the drink heavy.
