Steps

  1. Sift 1g of matcha into a small bowl or shot glass.
  2. Add 30ml of water at 72 degrees Celsius.
  3. Whisk briskly for 15 seconds until smooth.
  4. Pour into a small cup and sip in two or three quick drinks.

Whisk about 15 seconds.

Half a gram less means half the caffeine. Useful before short workouts or in the late afternoon.
