Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 30 ml water at 75 C
  • 100 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 60g frozen mango
  • 30g granola
  • 10g sliced strawberries

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 30ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 15 seconds.
  3. Add 1 frozen banana, 60g frozen mango, 100ml of oat milk, and 1 teaspoon of honey to a blender.
  4. Pour in the matcha and blend until thick and spoonable.
  5. Pour into a bowl and top with 30g of granola and 10g of sliced strawberries.

Whisk about 15 seconds.

Use frozen fruit rather than ice to keep the bowl thick without watering it down.
