Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 60 ml water at 75 C
  • 180 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp MCT oil

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 60ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 20 seconds.
  3. Warm 180ml of oat milk to about 60 degrees Celsius.
  4. Add the matcha, oat milk, and 1 teaspoon of MCT oil to a blender.
  5. Blend on high for 20 seconds until thick and frothy.
  6. Pour into a mug and serve immediately.

Whisk about 20 seconds.

Start with half a teaspoon of MCT oil if you are new to it. Too much can be hard on the stomach.
