Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 60 ml water at 75 C
  • 180 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mushroom powder (lion's mane or reishi)

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha and 1 teaspoon of mushroom powder into a bowl.
  2. Add 60ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 20 seconds.
  3. Warm 180ml of oat milk to about 60 degrees Celsius.
  4. Stir 1 teaspoon of honey into the warm milk.
  5. Pour the matcha into a mug and top with the oat milk.

Whisk about 20 seconds.

Mushroom powders taste earthy. The honey helps balance them in the cup.
