StepsPit and chop 1 ripe peach, then blend with 1 teaspoon of honey into a smooth puree.Spoon the peach puree into a tall glass and fill with ice.Pour 150ml of cold oat milk over the ice.Sift and whisk 2g of matcha with 30ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius for 15 seconds.Pour the matcha on top to layer.Whisk about 15 seconds.Yellow peaches make a brighter color contrast against the matcha.
