Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 30 ml water at 75 C
  • 250 ml oat milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (about 25g)
  • ice

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 30ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 15 seconds.
  3. Add 1 ripe banana, 250ml of oat milk, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and a handful of ice to a blender.
  4. Pour in the matcha and blend on high for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and drink within an hour of training.

Whisk about 15 seconds.

A frozen banana thickens the shake without diluting the flavor.
