Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha
  • 30 ml water at 75 C
  • 120 ml whole milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • ice

Steps

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 30ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 15 seconds.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  4. Pour 120ml of cold whole milk over the ice and top with the matcha.
  5. Float a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  6. Serve with a spoon and a straw.

Whisk about 15 seconds.

Use a high fat vanilla ice cream so it melts slowly into the drink.
