Method

  1. Warm and dry the chawan as usual.

  2. Sift 2g of matcha into the bowl.

  3. Add 70ml of room temperature water at about 22 degrees Celsius.

  4. Whisk in a W pattern for 25 seconds.

  5. Drink immediately while the flavor is at its brightest.
