Cold brew matcha

An overnight steep that makes a smooth and gentle cup.

Method

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a sealable bottle or jar.

  2. Add 250ml of cold filtered water.

  3. Seal and shake hard for 20 seconds until fully dissolved.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  5. Shake again before serving over ice.
