Method

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.

  2. Add 60ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 20 seconds.

  3. Warm 180ml of whole milk to about 60 degrees Celsius.

  4. Stir half a teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of honey into the milk.

  5. Pour the matcha into a mug, then top with the warm vanilla milk.
