Matcha macchiato

Method

  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.

  2. Add 60ml of water at 75 degrees Celsius and whisk for 20 seconds.

  3. Steam 30ml of whole milk to a stiff microfoam at about 60 degrees Celsius.

  4. Pour the matcha into a small cup.

  5. Spoon the foam onto the surface so it sits like a small dome.
